About this deal

The Positive Planner is a great introduction to creating a regular self-care habit, but where do you go when you want to dig a bit deeper? Well, if you've finished the Yellow one or you're looking to build on a self-care routine, then The Positive Wellness Journal is what you're looking for and could really be the one to go for if you want to choose the right self-care journal for you. Repetition is key to getting the mind to really unwind, leaving you fresh for when you open up that laptop again.

Just like all the Erin Condren planners, this one is also bright and colorful. This planner is designed to let you bring color to the classroom! Our original, first edition Bullet and still perfectly lovable. We do have a bit of a cult following for this one and there aren’t many left, so grab one before they’re gone! The Positive Bullet Diary is undated so you can start it at any time. Whether you want it for a particular project or an area of your life, there’s no pressure to fill it in every day. If you do though, there’s 12 months of space there. Inside are sections dedicated to providing the tools to develop daily habits to help manage feelings and promote positive mental wellbeing. These include gratitude, visualisation and cognitive refocusing exercises, as well as encouraging self-care and the development of helpful daily plans, goals and structure. These exercises are engaging and fun rather than feeling like a chore! There are also lots of useful tips designed to enhance positivity and recognise, validate and accept emotions. Amongst all this, the journal's main function is as a planner, a gentle daily companion that helps you or a loved one get more organised while most importantly improving mental health and wellbeing.

You’re looking for a companion to The Positive Planner or The Positive Wellness Journal that can keep you organised. We created the Braintangle for The Positive Planner after being inspired by an art therapy technique. It’s essentially a brain-dump to help untangle all your thoughts and feelings, leaving you with some clarity and more importantly a real plan of action on how to move forward.

We feel morning and evening practices are the way to get the most out of the The Positive Wellness Journal. But take it easy and don’t force it. You'll lose the benefits as soon as you add a ‘must’ into the equation!

When you have a great plan, you will have fewer worries about money, a perfect balance, and a new career or business that offers more freedom and flexibility. There’s one thing to remember with all our planners and journals: YOU decide how best to use them! There is no right or wrong way to do this. But did you know that it's a really valuable study companion? If you or a loved are about to start off on a new academic year at university or college, you'll be interested to hear that The Positive Planner is just the tool you need to gently help you reach your goals.

Daily Mantras support us in creating a gentle, positive self-talk, reminding us that we're doing OK. Written by Alison McDowell and Claire Finn-Prevett. Published under licence by Brown Dog Books and The Self-Publishing Partnership, Green Park Station, Bath. Produced in Europe. With originally designed artwork and illustrations throughout, and inspirational quotes and activities, it's a great starting point for someone looking to make self-care a regular practice. This journal is a great choice for anyone who's new to self-care and mindfulness and would like to create a regular self-care routine, learn more about personal emotions and what can trigger them, and to simply be a bit more organised in life.Added to all that, you’ll find the journal goes into much more detail about the self-care you can do for these three areas in turn. We’ve also included heaps of practices and activities such as breathing exercises, stretching and yoga and art therapy. It’s here! Every year we release our top 10 planners for women list at the beginning of November to help you decide which one is best for you. It’s one of the highlights of our work here at Classy Career Girl. We share a love of PLANNERS with so many of you, and we take assembling this list very seriously. I’m new to self-care and mindfulness. I want to create a regular self-care habit but don't know how to. I'd like to be a bit more organised in life.
