Committee Roles for Season 2018/19

Information regarding the up coming AGM and the roles on the Committee, so that anyone involved with and who support the Club are aware of the situation.

The Officer Roles

Chairman - Karl Stove standing again

Secretary - Sarah Vickers standing again Treasurer - Mark Vickers is standing down – vacancy

Other Committee Roles

Vice Chairman - Keith Oulds standing again Hospitality - vacant Events - Matt Cracknell standing again Logistics - never filled Coaching Development - never filled

All of these roles can have someone nominated to either fill or stand against the present incumbent.  A nomination can be done by self nomination or by a proposer & seconder.

Any nominations for roles must be received by the Club Secretary by Monday 28 May, in writing (by email). If more than 1 nominee including the present role holder then a vote will take place at the AGM.

Welfare Officer - Jayne is standing again.

This role requires training which can be arranged by the Club, Safeguarding, Welfare Officer Workshop and a CRC. Letters of interest are required from anyone wishing to put their name forward.

Team Managers move up each year with their team. These roles are decided on by the Officers of the Club following application and interview process. The First Team Manager position will be advertised in the press, applications for the vacant positions to be sent in writing to the Club Secretary. Applications to be received by Sunday 3 June.
