We are a small batch, family run distillery based in the beautiful and historical Ripley Castle Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Inspired by the historical Estate surrounding us we have created a beautifully balanced British gin of exceptional quality with sweet and floral notes. Our experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach. Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750-year-old gardens within the Castle walls as we’re passionate about our location, the environment and keeping everything as local as possible.Inspired by its spa town heritage and enjoyed around the world, Slingsby premium gin is crafted with pure spring water and real fruits to create the finest, award-winning British gin. We are passionate about our products and the environment ,which is why we strive to keep everything as local as possible. From Juniper, Citrus, Spice, Floral, Herbal and Fruit flavours, the Spirit of Harrogate team will ensure that you go home with a bottle of gin you will enjoy and be proud to share with friends and family. The team at the distillery handpicks the rhubarb and distills it with limes grown in the Victorian Hot House alongside fresh ginger root.
